[REVIEW] Etude House Drawing Show Creamy Liner BK802

Happy Sunday! I'm actually quite late with this. I have no excuse; this is procrastination at its best.
Anyway, Today I'd like to present the CUTEST cream liner from the CUTEST brand.
Here we have Etude House Drawing Show Creamy Liner in shade #BK802, a quick-drying, creamy formula liner that comes with a handy dandy brush. There's 3 other shades, but I've only seen BK801 (brown) being sold.

I'm pretty sure this actually makes three Etude House product reviews we've done in a row. I think our bias is showing a little, oops.

I just need to take a minute to address this packaging. Etude House never fails to deliver in the looks department. I love this. And after months of having it, the packaging is still intact and looking flawless.

The liner comes in a cute, clear glass jar, Average size for a cream/gel liner.

Whatever team is in charge of these designs needs a raise. A+, good job.

It also comes with a small brush, which is quite convenient. I didn't take a picture of it, because I didn't actually realize this until a couple weeks ago. The cap of the brush can attach to the bottom of it to give you a longer handle to work with. Amazing. I really wish I had noticed this earlier.

And I have to say, this brush is actually really nice. It picks up product and applies nice and evenly. You can even get a pretty sharp line with it.

I can't as much anymore because I've completely wrecked it at this point.

I don't know if it's because I'm too rough with the brush when I clean it or what, but after 4 months of daily use, the bristles have started to shed a bit. I mean you can easily pull them right out.
I don't want to blame this on poor quality, because I really do think this may be my fault. :( Be gentle with your brushes.

I actually find the directions they give kind of amusing.

The ingredients are located on the box and even come with directions all in English.

Now onto the real nitty gritty stuff.

Shh, I know I need to trim my brows. I'll do it eventually.

PLEASE NOTE I did not use the brush it came with for these test strokes.

Both lines are one dip, one stroke.
This liner is, indeed, very creamy in texture. And it applies nicely and is very pigmented. A true black. I've read some people say this wasn't smudge proof for them, but that hasn't been my experience with it at all. I cannot get this to smudge, even immediately after application. Which is great, unless I'm trying to do a smokey eyeliner.
Not a deal breaker, though.
And it wears well! I wear this everyday to work and never have problems with fading or chipping. It's always just as sharp at the end of the day as it was when I put it on that morning at 6am.
If anything, the fall out I get is from my mascara.

It holds up to the running water test, too. When I first turned the faucet on, the water was scorching hot (thus why my hand looks a little more red here) and then I turned it on cold and proceeded with rubbing it.

Hardly in difference.
It rubbed off A LITTLE. Barely noticeable.

Story time!

I take public transportation, and it is about a 5 minute walk from the bus stop to my house.
As I get on the bus to go home after a long days work, it started raining heavily. The street I had to walk to get home was flooded to the point that the water was up to my ankles.
It did not stop just because I had to get off the bus. No. I had to walk 5 minutes in the heavy down pour in my brand new shoes and full face of makeup.
As I'm getting smacked in the face by a multitude of rain drops, I'm thinking to myself, "I'm gonna look like a raccoon when I get home."

I get to my house, went straight to the bathroom, and much to my surprise, my eyeliner had not budged. My eyebrows, on the other hand, were gone. But that wing was still as sharp as ever.
Pretty incredible, if you ask me.

I'm so happy to report, I love this eyeliner. I love the packaging and I love the product itself.

Overall, I'm gonna have to give this one a 5/5!

Pros
Fairly cheap.
☆ Absolutely freakin' adorable.
☆ Great for beginners as it comes with a quality brush.
 Very pigmented black, easy application
 Dries quickly with no smudging.
☆ Long lasting. 10+ hour wear and waterproof.
☆ Doesn't dry out- I've had mine since May.

Cons
☆ Doesn't allow for any smudging at all.
☆ It's really hard to get off.

If they still stock it in the future, I'll definitely repurchase it! I absolutely LOVE this eyeliner!
I bought it for $7.71 I believe from beautynetkorea but it seems they only stock the brown one now. Still, I'd give it a shot if you're looking for a quality cream liner.
